To customise the tiles, please type Customise Home Screen in the command bar
You will see the above screen where the invoice tile has been selected. Here you can change the colour, the icon, the text and even link the button to a different function. So if you would rather the invoice tile created a database backup, simply edit the tile, change the Action (New Invoice with Vehicle is the selected action in the above example), and then press Save. Customisations are per-PC so changing this here will not change another, so you can have custom tiles dependant on the PC.
