Onyx includes a very comprehensive data import facility through which you can import Parts, Customer Accounts, and Vehicles from a variety of different sources – Excel, CSV, Paradox, Access to name just a few.

For example, if you wish to import or update your current parts you should go to Maintenance -> More -> Import Parts where you will see the following:

From here you can select what type of info you wish to import/update, how Onyx should use the data, which fields to update and which to leave as they are.
