An alternate way of viewing jobs is via a list.  Pressing ‘Jobs’ -> ‘View List’ from the main screen:

Displays the Job List Screen:

From the above screen you can select and edit any jobs.  Any changes you make will of course be updated on other PCs and in the diary.
