Service and MOT Reminders

Onyx is able to produce service and MOT reminder letters (or SMS/Email).  Please got to Reports/Letters/Account Manager and press the relevant button.

Once you've pressed the button you will be taken to the Customer Contact screen where you will be asked to select a data range (the range of dates that you wish to create reminders for), following which you will be able to send reminders.

Note.  When you create invoices you should update the Vehicle's MOT and Service Due dates, these dates are used to determine which vehicles are due an MOT or service (note that you can set Onyx to automatically update these dates for you).
