When you use our products the following information is gathered for internal use, email address, IP address, business name and address, Last Invoice number issued, Version of Software, PC name (these are to allow us to identify any illegal use of our software and to assist in support calls), when you purchase we will also record your name, residential address, telephone contact numbers. We do not provide this information to any third party for any purposes whatsoever unless the law requires us to do so. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website. We use a third party credit card processor to bill users for our service. We do not receive any financial information from them other than your name, address and confirmation of sum paid. All purchases are processed via PayPal or via direct bank transfer. All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.
If you add a gmail account to Onyx Garage V4 the software will store your gmail email address along
with an OAuth token provided by Google. This will only happen when you authorise Onyx to send email on your behalf.
This information is stored on your devices and not with us. We have no access to this information
unless you choose to share a database backup with us (you may choose to share a backup with us during
a support incident, any databases shared with us are deleted as soon as the support incident is resolved).
Onyx Garage V4 will periodically refresh the OAuth token by direct communication with a Google hosted server, and again, we have
no access to this information. If you no longer need to use GMail from within Onyx Garage V4, then deleting the email account (in Onyx Garage V4) will
delete the email address and any linked tokens. Onyx Garage V4 will only send emails via your email account at your instruction, and will
not send any BCC emails. Onyx GarageV4 will only be able to send email, it will not have access to any areas of your GMail account.
You can withdraw this permission at any time be deleting the account in Onyx Garage V4 or from your GMail account
