If you ever need to restore your data from a backup you will need to select ‘Restore Database’ from the main menu:

After you have entered your password you will then be asked to select the backup that you want to use:

Double click the backup that you wish to restore to and then answer the next few onscreen questions.  If all goes well your database will be restored to an earlier date.  Alternatively you can press the ‘Locate’ button and you will be allowed to browse to the archive of your choice (handy when transporting work from work to home and back).
