If you need to quickly determine whether you have an item in stock, or need to know where it is stored, then you can use the ‘Stock Enquiry’ feature.

When you select the stock enquiry menu item you will see the following screen:

Here you can enter the specific part number (you can select from a list if you press the button with the image of a pair of binoculars) or you can enter a description (such as “Filter”).  When you press ‘Ok’ you will be shown the Stock Manager (see above) but it will only have a subset matching your criterion.
