Every ten minutes or so Onyx will check all the stock alarms.  If an alarm is triggered then it will give you a visual indicator in the status bar of the main screen:

You can view the alarms by selecting the ‘Display Alarms’ menu item from the main screen or by pressing the button (shown above glowing):
